A successful 3 sport high school athlete, Scottie continued her volleyball career at Murray State University. Post college, she earned her MBA from Murray State University, working closely with college coaches and athletes in the Athletic Compliance office.
Scottie understands both sides of college athletics, from the players and coaches’ perspective, and she can assist athletes in achieving their goals. She has also provided private training sessions for many volleyball athletes, providing personalized skill development.
As a BEAT trainer, Scottie trains clients along the full spectrum of fitness levels and abilities – ages 11 to 80-years-old, powerlifters to people aiming to make general healthy lifestyle changes – Scottie is equipped to assist you in improving your wellness and reaching your potential.
Outside of the gym, Scottie has competed in multiple powerlifting meets, NPC bikini shows, and several half-marathons. An active, healthy approach is just a way of life for Scottie.

- Certified Personal Trainer; National Academy of Sports Medicine
- Precision Nutrition – Level 1 Coach
- Pre/Post Natal Exercise Certification (in progress)
