Matt Wiedemer - Owner, Coach, and Trainer
Matt Wiedemer

Matt Wiedemer has been devoted to the field of strength and conditioning, and human performance for more than 20 years.

After graduating from Sycamore High School, Matt trained under world-renowned powerlifter and strength coach Louie Simmons at Westside Barbell. At Westside Matt trained with Olympic athletes, world-record powerlifters, and mixed martial artists from around the world.

Jason Harbin - Personal Trainer
Jason Harbin

At BEAT, Jason implement specific and directed performance training for my clients every week. That includes developing their daily exercise regimes and advising their nutrition choices.

Jason is also an athlete with his own performance fitness regime and goals.

Clifton Lane - Personal Trainer
Clifton Lane

An Ohio native, Clifton Lane has been dedicated to strength and conditioning since his high school football and track days. Clifton credits his success as a college football player and sprinter to his work in the weight room. Clifton went on to graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Exercise Science.  Since graduating, he has gone on to complete over 500 hours of continuing education and found great success as a competitive power lifter.  Clifton utilizes his experience with sports performance, weight loss, and sports injury rehab to successfully train over 500 clients at BEAT Personal Training.

Brett Finnie - Personal Trainer
Brett Finnie

Brett understands the importance and value of moving well and getting stronger. Whether a collegiate athlete or someone looking to age with health and vigor, Brett teaches how proper alignment and movement leads to excellence.

With a broad range of experience including work as a physical therapy technician, Brett employs a holistic approach to training that promotes mobility, strength, speed, and injury prevention. Approachable and focused, Brett will guide you to set long and short-term goals, and will train and support you in each step of your journey.

Jordan played baseball for St. X., lettered 4 years. He committed to OSU April of his sophomore year. Jordan graduated from Virginia Wesleyan University. All conference 1st team & all region his senior year.

Steve works with clients of all skill levels and backgrounds to help them achieve their goals whether that is increased athletic performance, weight loss, or strength and bodybuilding results. Due to his years in the business world, Steve also understands the demands and stress of most career fields and works closely with many executives and professionals to provide flexible, comprehensive training that is geared towards their demanding lifestyle.”

Scottie Ingram - Personal Trainer

Scottie understands both sides of college athletics, from the players and coaches’ perspective, and she can assist athletes in achieving their goals. She has also provided private training sessions for many volleyball athletes, providing personalized skill development.

As a BEAT trainer, Scottie trains clients along the full spectrum of fitness levels and abilities – ages 11 to 80-years-old, powerlifters to people aiming to make general healthy lifestyle changes – Scottie is equipped to assist you in improving your wellness and reaching your potential.

Caelen Huber

Whether your fitness journey involves rehabilitation, performance based goals, or simple improvements in your overall wellness, Caelen can guide you to where you want to be.

Outside of the gym, Caelen loves being active outdoors while rock climbing, hiking, kayaking, and biking.

Alli Thul

Alli utilizes her own experiences with weight loss, injury rehab, and competitive athletics to successfully train her clients. Real results come from a connection and collaboration between trainer and clients. Connecting and getting to know her clients is very important to Alli, because she can then better serve their needs and guide them to produce results.

In addition to training her clients, Alli also runs the BEAT Acceleration Training Program, providing specific and technical training so athletes can achieve measurable results.
