Optimizing the way you train will help you get results in the most effective and efficient way. That doesn’t mean it’s going to be a quick fix, but it does guarantee results, as long as you’re consistent.
From the first discussion with one of BEAT’s trainers, you will be asked a series of questions that cover your weight loss goals, limitations, medical history, and more. A BEAT trainer will also get some initial data from you, including your current body weight and body fat percentage.
This information and data will be used to create a customized weight loss program for you to follow over the coming months, updating as and when is necessary based on your progress. Each clients’ progress is closely monitored by their BEAT trainer to ensure they are on track to achieve their goals.
